Cannot create pipe network on autocad

Issue

While trying to create a new pipe network, you received the following error message:
Required Pipe Network catalog(s) not set
US Imperial Pipe Catalog
US Imperial Structure Catalog

Solution

Autodesk® Civil 3D® uses the US Imperial Pipe Catalog and US Imperial Structure Catalog, by default.
To resolve this error

1. On the Pipes menu, click Pipes > Set Pipe Network Catalog.
2. In the Pipe Network Catalog Settings dialog box, select US Imperial Pipes and US Imperial Structures for the Pipe Catalog and Structure Catalog fields, respectively.

Note: If you are working with metric drawings, remember to change the Pipe Catalogs to metric, as well.
