Support for AutoCAD and AutoCAD LTon Apple computers

Issue

You want to know if AutoCAD® and AutoCAD LT® are supported on Apple computers.

Solution

Autodesk offers a Mac-specific version of AutoCAD® but not AutoCAD LT®.  More information on AutoCAD 2011 for Mac can be found at AutoCAD for Mac.
AutoCAD 2010 (and later) is supported on the Mac via Parallels Desktop for Mac 6 and Apple Boot Camp.  More information can be found at the following link:

Although earlier versions of AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT appear to function correctly on a Windows operating system running on an Apple computer using Apple Boot Camp, this environment has not been fully tested for those releases and is not officially supported by Autodesk.
